A challenge to create a respectable housing within a highly affordable cost structure, from master planning to architecture. Where each parcel is allocated a central green, and main green links to the central community area to forge a strong sense of identity amongst the residents. The waterway that runs through the site is then turned into a highlight feature that runs in the midst of the community to create a focal point.
